Orchard Close, St Albans

This project was the demolition of a house located in Orchard Close in St Albans, Hertfordshire. We began with a soft strip out and then had to remove all of the roof tiles. After that the structure had to be removed from the property. Demolishing the brickwork and concrete was the final part of the project. The key to this one was retaining the front of the property
